Open House This Weekend at South Streams Villas Elkhorn

This weekend is a strong time to walk through South Streams Villas Elkhorn and see how a Denali Homes custom villa lives day to day. The model is open Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 4 at 20123 Zander Court, in the South Streams community near 204th and Q.

Tour the model at 20123 Zander Court

A model tour answers questions a listing photo cannot. You can feel room scale, check how the main living areas connect, and talk through how a villa plan can be tailored instead of locked into a production package. Bring a tape of rooms you care about, or just walk it with our team.

Lots, plans, and a custom villa path

If you are comparing lots or starting from a published plan, review available lots and floor plans already on the site. Those pages are the current place to begin, then we refine layout, finishes, and outdoor living around the lot you choose. We do not invent prices or lot numbers here. Ask on site for what is open now.

For a fuller community overview, read South Streams Villas Elkhorn | Denali Homes Omaha. That post sits alongside this weekend invitation if you want context before you drive out from Omaha, Elkhorn, or Gretna.

Plan your Saturday or Sunday visit

Hours are Saturday and Sunday, 12 to 4. The model is at 20123 Zander Court. If those windows do not work, call 402-350-7390 and we can set a private showing. Come ready to talk lots, plans, and how a custom villa differs from a production home in this part of Elkhorn.

We hope to see you at South Streams Villas Elkhorn this weekend. Call 402-350-7390 to confirm a tour or ask a question before you leave the house.
