"The process of building with Denali Homes felt right from the start. We met with several other builders and we did not feel comfortable with them. There was a lot of pressure to compromise things that were important to us such adding unique characteristics and sentimental touches to our home. Justin put us at ease immediately. He assured us that it was our home and we could do things the way that we wanted and guided us through the process, always ensuring we understood what was happening and the impact- good or bad it would have for us. That honesty is one of the things I appreciate most during the planning and building process.
Once the building process started Josh was often at the house when we would visit and they answered all of our questions repeatedly, never getting impatient with us and always getting back to us in a timely manner. Any issues that arose were dealt with appropriately and timely.
Mandy was an amazing resource, who helped transition us from paper to reality. She constantly answered my texts, emails and phone calls, and always did so with a smile.
