Saturday Open House at 20123 Zander Court, South Streams Villas

Today, Saturday, the Denali Homes model at South Streams Villas Elkhorn is open from 12 to 4. The address is 20123 Zander Court, in the South Streams community near 204th and Q. If you are already out this afternoon, a walk through the model is the simplest way to see how a custom villa is put together before you talk floor plans or lots.

Start in the main living areas. Notice how the kitchen, dining, and gathering space connect, and how daylight lands across the rooms. A model tour answers questions a listing photo cannot: ceiling height, hallway width, and whether the plan feels right for everyday life. The same home is open again Sunday from 12 to 4.

South Streams Villas is built as custom villas, not a locked production package. On the tour, ask what can be tailored on a plan already shown on the site. Review the floor plans before you arrive, then walk the model to see how those rooms live.

Lots in the community are listed on the available lots page. This note does not assign a lot number. Bring the page with you, or call 402-350-7390 and the team can walk the current list with you after the tour. Location is part of the decision: South Streams sits in Elkhorn near 204th and Q, with a short drive toward Omaha and convenient reach toward Gretna.

If you want the fuller community overview before you leave the house, read the South Streams Villas Elkhorn guide, then head to 20123 Zander Court. Doors are open today and Sunday, 12 to 4. Call 402-350-7390 with questions or to plan a visit outside open-house hours.
