Tour the Model and Explore Floor Plans at South Streams Villas Elkhorn

Looking for a true custom villa instead of a production home? South Streams Villas in Elkhorn delivers exactly that. Denali Homes, a luxury custom builder serving Omaha, Elkhorn, and Gretna, invites you to tour the model at 20123 Zander Court this Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 4.

At South Streams near 204th and Q, every villa is built to your preferences. Choose from the floor plans already on our site, refine the layout, finishes, and details, and end up with a home that fits the way you actually live. That is the difference a custom villa makes versus a standard production build.

Walk through the model and you will see thoughtful design, quality construction, and the kind of open, livable spaces that make daily life easier. After the tour, review available lots and the full set of floor plans online so you can picture your own version of a South Streams villa.

Start here: available lots and floor plans. For the full overview of the community and model, visit our South Streams page: South Streams Villas Elkhorn.

The model at 20123 Zander Court is open Saturday and Sunday 12–4. A builder will be on site to answer questions about lots, plans, and the custom process. Call 402-350-7390 anytime to schedule a private showing or start the conversation about your next home.

South Streams Villas Elkhorn puts you close to everything while still offering the quiet, custom experience that production homes rarely match. Come tour this weekend and see why so many buyers choose Denali Homes.
